This is a direct plug and play replacement hose for Sunneday Retractable Hose reel models: XW-30BG DARK SMOKE. The hose includes everything you need to do for a proper hose swap. The inner drum water inlet will come pre-assembled on hose so it’s a simple two screws replacement procedure. To replace hose, first take off the hose's ball stopper on the end of hose and take out of the hose guide. Pull hose out all the way through the access panel top then engage the side lock. Use a long Phillips screwdriver and take out the white-water inlet on drum. Now slide the replacement hose through the hose guide from the top of access panel and attach stopper ball. Feed hose all the way through the hose guide till the water inlet end can be re-screwed down to the inner drum again. Release side lock to unlock position. Hold hose in one hand creating tension on the hose and start the rewind process. It’s IMPORTANT to keep tension on the hose and watch to make sure the hose lays flat against the drum for each row, DO NOT LET THEM OVER COIL EACH OTHER. Walk these in and out a few times to get your hose trained again and reeling up nicely
